Hi friends. As a professional Toronto-based photographer who is also a latin dancer and musician, I had to cover Toronto International Brazilfest 2019 and I love some of the shots. You can see the full gallery on my event page under 2019 Events by CLICKING HERE. I covered Sunday. 

I photographed some Samba events for my friend and fellow musician, Samba Jess, including video in the World Pride Parade, where I met one of the members of the dance troop as well. This is the second time for me and I had a lot more fun this time and really loved the final drum and dance performance. Some of the people they called up from the crowd actually turned out to be professional dancers. When I complimented on the girls later, she said "of course, I am Brazilian!." Mothers and children danced on stage and everyone had a great time.

It seemed like a kind of folk rap to me. Brazilfest Toronto 2019 DancersCaptured the stunning beauty of these dancers and they were so fast!!!
